Brentwood Police Records Requests

This portal will help you communicate with the Brentwood Police Department regarding records you are seeking. If you are the victim of a crime/involved party in an incident and require a copy of the report, submit your request here. If you are an attorney inquiring on behalf of the victim, you will be required to provide a waiver to obtain the report.

This platform is also intended to facilitate public access to public records under the California Public Records Act. Please be aware making a request using this portal does NOT automatically make your request public.
